Responsibilities:
- Oversee project inquiries, evaluate technical issues, and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Solicit subcontractors, managing coverage, scoping and leveling proposals to confirm a complete scope.
- Utilize advanced skills in plans and specifications estimation, quantification, value management, client-facing interactions, contract awareness, market knowledge, and preconstruction processes.
- Contribute to sustainable design concepts and communicate environmental benefits to clients.
- Manage major and complex projects, including delegation of work and review of others' work product.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare and life sciences construction.
- Proven track record with 3+ years of commercial construction estimating.
- Experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
